Billing is handled by Shopify. The app does not take your card details and does not charge you directly — charges appear on your regular Shopify bill.
Change your plan
- Open Coming Soon and go to Home.
- On the Current Plan card, click Change plan.
- Pick a plan and click Select Plan.
- Shopify opens its own pricing page. Review it and click Approve.
- You are returned to the app, and the new plan takes effect.
The approval step happens on Shopify’s page rather than inside the app, which is why you briefly leave the Shopify admin frame.
You can also reach the plans page from any locked feature’s upgrade prompt, or from the template gallery when you select a Pro template on Basic.
Upgrading
New features are available immediately. Nothing needs to be reconfigured — analytics starts from the data already collected, and your email list is already there.
Shopify prorates the change against your billing cycle.
Downgrading
Features above your new plan stop being available.
Nothing is deleted. Your data stays where it is and comes back if you upgrade again:
| What | On downgrade |
|---|---|
| Email list | Kept. Not viewable or exportable below Pro. |
| Analytics | Kept and still recording. Not viewable below Pro. |
| Pro templates you had added | Kept in Your Templates, not publishable below Pro. |
| A published Pro template | See the note below. |
| Password and allowlist settings | Kept. Not enforced below Pro. |
| A/B test in progress | Stops. Data collected is kept. |
If your published template is a Pro one and you drop to Basic, publish a Basic template before downgrading rather than after. It avoids a window where your live page is one your plan no longer covers.
Cancelling
Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription — there is no separate cancel step.
- Shopify admin → Apps
- Coming Soon → … → Delete
You are not charged again after that.
If you only want the page to stop showing, do not uninstall. Untick Show Coming Soon page to visitors on the Home tab — your storefront is public again immediately and your setup is preserved. You are still billed while the app is installed.
See Uninstalling.
The free trial
New subscriptions come with a 3-day free trial. Shopify tracks it and does not charge until it ends. Uninstalling during the trial means no charge at all.
Refunds and invoices
Charges are Shopify’s, so invoices and receipts live in your Shopify admin under Settings → Billing, not in this app.
If you have been charged in a way that looks wrong, email
support@theloman.group with your .myshopify.com
domain and the charge date. We can see the subscription record on our side and will sort
it out with you.
